Flash Grilled Romaine Hearts
Drizzled with chipotle ranch and served with a Parmesan crostini.

Choice of vegetarian, pan-seared
chicken or shrimp sautéed with caramelized onions, scallions, baby spinach, wild mushrooms and asiago cheese. Finished with  a marsala wine sauce.


Pan Noodles
Choice of vegetarian, pan-seared chicken or shrimp, sautéed with red onion, scallions, egg and crushed peanuts tossed with rice noodles and a  Thai peanut sauce.












Lobster and Shrimp Scampi
Sautéed lobster, shrimp, plum tomatoes and scallions tossed in angle hair pasta.  Finished in a white wine garlic parmesan sauce.

Lightly flash fried haddock, jumbo shrimp and clams. Served with coleslaw and handcut french fries.

Topped with a lemon beurre blanc and seasoned bread crumb. Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.



Seafood Bowl
Mussels, haddock, shrimp and lobster
all poached in a fennel tomato Sambuca broth. Accompanied by grilled bread.














Pan-seared Sea Scallops
Served over a roasted corn puree.  Accompanied by a grilled sweet potato
cake and broccolini.



Pan-seared Salmon
Finished  in a lemon caper sauce. Served over a wild mushroom risotto and broccolini.














Pan-seared Mahi Mahi
Brushed with pineapple chili.  Accompanied by melon salsa, sweet potato cake and wilted spinach.



Char-Grilled Shrimp & Scallops

Baby back ribs. Dry rubbed and slow-cooked, then basted with our house BBQ sauce. Served with coleslaw and handcut french fries.

Served with an apple mango chutney, Yukon mashed potatoes and wilted spinach. .



Chicken and Rib Combo
Chipotle BBQ braised chicken leg &  thigh and ribs. Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and wilted spinach.
